  • Bespoke Measurements & Sizing Archives: Body measurements (e.g., chest, waist, shoulder width, trouser inseam/length, neck circumference), posture preferences, and fitting alteration notes for bespoke tailoring clients.
  • Transaction & Order Details: Items purchased, order numbers, transaction references, delivery preferences (Abuja Studio Pickup, GUO Logistics, GIG Logistics, or DHL Express Worldwide). Note: All payment card details are processed directly and securely by Paystack; we never store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank PINs.
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, page interaction metrics, and cookie preferences.

Every digital transaction is encrypted with 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols. Frances Apparel does not have access to, nor do we store, sensitive cardholder data or banking authentication credentials.

Third-Party Partners & Logistics

We value client confidentiality above all else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

Data is shared only with strictly vetted service providers essential for delivering your garments:

  • Logistics Carriers: GUO Logistics, GIG Logistics, and DHL Express (recipient name, address, and phone number for parcel dispatch).
  • Payment Infrastructure: Paystack Payments Limited.
  • Transactional Communications: Email infrastructure for automated receipts and dispatch updates.

Data Retention & Archiving

For bespoke tailoring clients, we maintain archived measurement profiles to facilitate effortless recurring commissions and re-orders without requiring repetitive fitting appointments.

You may request the immediate deletion or modification of your archived tailoring measurements at any time by contacting our concierge desk.
